What are your production capacities in raffia and embroidery?
Raffia Capacity: We produce up to 15,000 raffia-based bags per month, supported by trained artisan hubs and in-house supervision.
- Embellishment Capacity: Our current capacity for embellished and embroidery-intensive bags is approximately 2,500 units per month, depending on design complexity.
- Scalability: Our decentralised artisan hub model enables rapid scale-up through additional training and hub activation, allowing us to increase volumes with advance planning while maintaining quality consistency.
What delivery times do you offer?
Our standard production timeline is 60 days from order confirmation.
For urgent orders, expedited production is available and delivery can be completed in as little as 25 days, subject to confirmation.
How long does it take to create a prototype ?
Prototype development typically takes a minimum of 5 working days, depending on the design complexity and material selection. For designs requiring specialised techniques or imported materials, the timeline may extend to 15–25 days.
Which crochet stitches do you master ?
Our artisans are trained across multiple crochet techniques, specialising in high-complexity, intricate stitches including dense, textured, openwork, and multi-layered constructions. Custom stitch development is supported based on client specifications and sampling approvals.
What is the minimum order quantity ?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 bags per style. Orders above this quantity benefit from standard pricing, while smaller runs are subject to special pricing based on design and material requirements.
How do you handle defects or quality issues post-delivery?
Any quality concerns are reviewed against approved samples and inspection records, and resolutions are addressed through mutual discussion based on agreed quality terms.
Can you handle repeat orders and seasonal continuity?
Yes. We maintain design records, material references, and process documentation to ensure consistency for repeat orders and seasonal replenishments.
Do you offer private labelling or white-label manufacturing?
Yes. We work as a B2B manufacturer and support private labelling, white-label production, and brand-specific customisation as per client requirements.
Social & Environmental Impact
How do you contribute to the empowerment of women in India?
We support women’s empowerment through a structured model of skill development, stable income generation, and social welfare integration. Women artisans are trained and employed under monitored working conditions, with access to healthcare support and medical expense coverage. We also ensure educational support for artisans’ children, enabling long-term social upliftment. Our model is designed to provide financial independence, workforce stability, and improved quality of life while maintaining compliance with ethical sourcing and labour standards.
What is your company’s environmental impact?
Our operations are designed to minimise environmental impact through low-energy, hand-driven processes and responsible material use. Key practices include:
- Material Upcycling: Leather cutting waste and surplus yarn are repurposed into charms, keychains, tassels, and small accessories, reducing landfill waste.
- Handcrafted Production: Over 80% of our production is manual, significantly lowering electricity and machine dependency.
- Energy Efficiency: Where machinery is required, we use light-motor equipment to reduce power consumption.
- Waste Control: Controlled material issuance and return tracking help minimise raw material loss and overconsumption.
- Decentralised Production: Our hub-based model supports home and community-level production, reducing large factory emissions and transport load.
These measures allow us to maintain scalability while operating within responsible environmental and sustainability standards.
Who are the main beneficiaries of your social initiatives?
The primary beneficiaries of our social initiatives are women artisans from underprivileged and vulnerable backgrounds, including low-income households, single mothers, widows, and women with limited access to formal employment. Our initiatives also extend to their families, particularly through healthcare support and education assistance for their children. By focusing on skill development and long-term livelihood creation, we aim to deliver measurable social impact at both the individual and community levels.
